The core components of the cold storage include:
1. Compressor: compresses low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas into high-temperature and high-pressure gas.
2. Condenser: cools and condenses high-temperature and high-pressure gas into liquid, releasing heat.
3. Expansion valve: rapidly expands high-pressure liquid refrigerant into low-temperature and low-pressure liquid.
4. Evaporator: allows low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant to absorb heat in the cold storage and evaporate into gas, completing the refrigeration process. This cycle is repeated continuously to maintain a constant low-temperature environment in the cold storage.
Cold storage type:
-15℃~-30℃ cold storage: can be used for low-temperature warehousing, cold chain logistics, etc.
-30℃~-40℃ cold storage: can be used for food quick freezing, tunnel quick freezing, etc.
10℃~15℃ cold storage: can be used for processing workshops, temperature control halls, receiving and delivery areas, functional rooms, etc.
0℃~10℃ cold storage: can be used for meat pre-cooling, meat deacidification, fruit and vegetable preservation, low-temperature channels,
50℃~-80℃ cold storage: can be used for tuna storage, etc.
