Product introduction:
The coal rod machine, also known as the charcoal making machine, uses the principle of spiral extrusion to extrude the prepared coal powder into a predetermined shape. It is a coal rod forming equipment with a certain strength and is used to produce firewood sticks for making charcoal sticks. Branches, leaves, sawdust and other biomass materials can be crushed into charcoal sticks, which can replace traditional coal and are called biomass charcoal, a new type of fuel.
Production and processing flow of charcoal:
1. The biomass raw materials are crushed by a crusher and then controlled by a dryer to control the moisture content.
2. The raw materials are conveyed to the molding machine by a belt conveyor or manually, and are pressed into charcoal sticks.
3. The charcoal sticks are finished charcoal sticks after passing through a carbonization furnace.
4. From raw materials to fuel, after the collection, crushing and processing of biomass raw materials, conveying to molding equipment, pressing and molding, output, cooling, and transportation, they are finally used as fuel for small boilers and biomass power plants or used in gardening to adjust soil pH, supplement the carbon elements required by plants, and are breathable but not water-retaining, and absorb harmful substances.
Advantages:
1. After high temperature, purification and smoke removal, the carbonization equipment converts semi-finished biofuel briquette into smokeless, odorless and non-toxic clean carbon.
