Product introduction:
Charcoal making machine is also called charcoal machine. Common types include sawdust charcoal making machine, straw charcoal making machine, fruit shell charcoal making machine, bamboo charcoal making machine, etc. It refers to equipment that uses sawdust, fruit shells, tree branches and bark, crop straw, bamboo shavings and bamboo poles and other agricultural and forestry waste as raw materials to process them into new environmentally friendly charcoal and charcoal powder. Production process:
Branches, wood blocks, wood scraps and other materials are crushed into sawdust of a certain size by a crusher; the sawdust is then dried by a dryer to keep its moisture content within the specified range; the dried sawdust is fed into a rod making machine by a feeder or manually, and extruded into firewood rods at high temperature; the firewood rods are neatly placed in an environmentally friendly carbonization furnace for heating and carbonization.The production raw materials are directly loaded and discharged continuously. The problem of smoke exhaust failing to meet the standard of traditional carbonization equipment is completely solved. The heat energy is burned and fully utilized to solve the problems of high energy consumption, high pollution and high cost in the production process of traditional carbonization furnaces, and the environmental protection goal of energy saving and emission reduction is completely achieved.
