Product introduction:
The smokeless carbonization furnace is used to grade wood, branches, sawdust, bamboo, wood chips, nut shells, palm shells, coconut shells and other fine powder or granular materials. It uses advanced carbonization technology to ensure that the entire carbonization process does not produce harmful gases and does not pollute the environment. The combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane, and oxygen produced during the carbonization process are recycled and purified. The advanced circulating combustion technology is used to solve the problem of incomplete combustion produced by ordinary carbonization furnaces during the carbonization process. The heavy smoke and dust pollution to the environment also solves the problem of heat energy leakage from the equipment, completely realizes self-sufficiency, improves the continuity and economy of the equipment, and makes full use of agricultural and forestry residues to turn waste into treasure.
Features:
1. The cooling time after the carbonization furnace is finished is shorter. The gap between the interlayers is used to cool the carbonization furnace with water, which is faster and more convenient.
2. The excess gas from the carbonization furnace can be used to dry sawdust or burn boilers.
3. The furnace door is sealed with boiler packing high-temperature insulation material, and no air enters, achieving oxygen-free carbonization, and the carbonization rate is higher than that of conventional carbonization furnaces.
4. The carbonization furnace adopts a horizontal manufacturing process. The carbonization furnace has a three-layer structure, and the middle interlayer is a high-temperature resistant insulation material, which can always keep the temperature in the furnace from dissipating.
5. Clean and hygienic: flammable, smokeless, no charcoal head, no sparks during combustion, residual ash falls naturally during combustion without floating, and less ash.
6.Pure physical carbonization does not contain chemicals, is non-toxic and odorless, pollution-free, has a long burning time and high efficiency
