Product overview:
The TONTEN machinery limited rotary drum dryer machine is a contact type internal heating conduction drying machine, which is widely used in food, feed, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, chemical, medicine, mining, urban sludge treatment and other industries. Such as sand, coal slime, beer grains, sludge, slag, bean dregs, sprayed corn husks, lignite, coal slime, pomace, coal slag, etc.
Rotary drum dryer machine working principle:
During the roatary drying machine process, the material is discharged to the star-shaped discharge valve in the other section of the dryer under the action of the inclined scraper and hot gas. The drum of the drum dryer is a slightly inclined and revolving cylinder. The wet material enters from the upper part of one end, and the dry material is collected from the lower part of the other end. The hot air enters from the feed end or the discharge end and is discharged from the upper part of the other end. The drum is equipped with a forward scraper, so that the material is continuously picked up and sprinkled during the rotation of the drum, so that it is fully in contact with the hot air flow to improve the drying efficiency and move the material forward. The dried material is scraped off by a scraper and conveyed to the finished product storage tank by a spiral, and finally crushed or directly packaged. The water evaporated during the heat transfer can be introduced into the corresponding processing device through a closed cover to capture dust or discharge it according to its nature.
