Features of the dryer machine:
1. The heat pump dryer machine suitable for a wide range materials. The materials suitable for drying are mainly large class of materials can withstand temperatures between 20-90°C during the drying process, or materials that can withstand higher temperatures but are more energy-efficient or safer to dry with a heat pump.
2. Convenient temperature and humidity control. When the material has high requirements for temperature and humidity of the air entering the drying chamber, the evaporation temperature and condensation temperature of the working fluid in the evaporator and condenser can be adjusted to meet the material's requirements for texture, appearance, etc.
3. The dryer achieves low-temperature air closed cycle drying, and the material drying quality is good. By controlling the working conditions of the device, the high-quality drying requirements of most heat-sensitive materials can be met; the closed cycle of the drying medium can avoid impurity contamination of the material that may be caused by exchange with external gases.
4. Dryer machine has refrigeration function, can achieve low-temperature processing of various materials such as quick freezing, refrigeration or preservation. Heating function expanded to provide heating for planting greenhouses or breeding places in cold seasons.
