The popular drying technology is mainly ultraviolet drying, infrared drying, electromagnetic drying and hot air drying. They have their own characteristics and are widely used in the drying of various mechanical equipment and food.
How Dryer Room Machine Works
Is the use of inverse Carnot principle, refrigerant (most of the mixed refrigerant) is compressed by the compressor, into high temperature and high pressure gas through the pipeline (copper pipe) into the heat exchanger (condenser), and then through the fan, the heat generated by the heat exchanger (condenser) is sent to the drying room to heat food and other materials, drying, so that the material is dry, moisture is discharged from the wet port.The moisture removal system has a heat recovery device, and the recovered heat is used to heat the fresh air, which can save 60%~70% of the fresh air preheating energy consumption.
Dryer Room Machine Details
1. Heat pump host:the host unit includes a Copeland compressor and a condenser, respectively with heating and dehumidification functions. During the dehumidification process, only the moisture in the material is discharged, and the hot air in the drying room is not discharged.
2.Air blower:Different models of dryers have different numbers of fans.
3.Polyurethane insulation board:The drying room adopts 10 cm polyurethane insulation board, which has good insulation effect and long service life.
4.tray:There are wooden pallets, plastic pallets, galvanized pallets, stainless steel pallets, can be customized.
