Working principle:
The main principle of heat pump application in drying process is to use the heat pump evaporator to absorb the heat energy in the outside air, or to recover the waste heat of the exhaust gas during the drying process, and then transfer (transfer) the energy to the drying room through the work of the compressor. The materials in the drying room vaporize and evaporate the moisture in the materials through circulating hot air heat transfer. The evaporated water vapor is drained or the cold water flows out to achieve the purpose of drying the materials. The refrigerant after condensing the heat is After passing through the throttle valve, it becomes a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid. Due to the sudden drop in pressure, the wave-like refrigerant enters the evaporator and continuously absorbs the low-level heat energy of the surrounding air and quickly evaporates into a gaseous state. The refrigerant that has absorbed a certain amount of energy flows back to the compressor and enters the evaporator. Next cycle.
