Product introduction:
Multi-layer belt dryer is often used in situations where the drying speed requirement is low and the process operating conditions can be kept constant during the entire drying process. Partitions are set between layers to organize the directional flow of the drying medium so that the material is dried evenly. Multi-layer belt dryer occupies less space and has a simple structure. It is widely used for vegetables, granules, MSG, coconut flakes, organic plastics, synthetic rubber, acrylic fiber, medicines, medicinal materials, small wooden products, plastic products, etc.
Advantages:
1. The heat source can be steam, thermal oil, electricity or coal (oil) hot air furnace.
2. The unique air distribution device makes the hot air distribution more uniform to ensure the quality of the dried materials.
3. The air volume, heating temperature, material residence time and heating speed can be adjusted to obtain high-quality dry.
4. Strong versatility and wide adaptability. It can adapt to different seasons and different types of vegetables, Chinese medicinal materials, fruits and crops for drying.
5. Low energy consumption, because of the use of hot air circulation, the heat utilization rate is high and energy is highly saved.
6. No manual intervention is required in the production process, and the materials do not need to be turned over during the entire drying process, which can keep the product.
7. The circulating air volume, circulating air temperature, dehumidification amount and mesh belt running speed of each unit of the dryer can be adjusted independently.
