Product introduce:
The bag dust collector consists of a bag chamber, a pre-dust collection chamber, a clean air chamber, a porous plate, and a filter bag skeleton. It is a dry dust filter device.Dust collector suitable for collecting fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. Injection system: including main air pipe, injection pipe, and flushing valve. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-woven felt. The dust-containing gas is filtered by the filtration function of the fiber fabric. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag After the dust collector, dust with large particles and heavy specific gravity settles down due to the effect of gravity and falls into the ash hopper. When the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked, allowing the gas to be purified.
Working principle:
After the dust-containing gas enters the bag dust collector, it enters the ash hopper through the air inlet. The coarse dust particles fall directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The fine dust particles enter the middle and lower boxes upward with the turning of the air flow. The filtered gas enters the upper box. to the clean gas collecting pipe-exhaust duct, and then discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan.
