Product introduction:
TONTEN machinery belt filter press machine is used for sludge dewatering in domestic sewage, textile printing and dyeing, electroplating, papermaking, leather, brewing, food processing, coal washing, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, ceramic and other industries. It is also suitable for solid separation or liquid leaching process in industrial production. Belt filter press operates continuously, has a high degree of automation, is energy-saving, efficient, easy to use and maintain, and is an ideal equipment for sludge dewatering. The primary dewatered sludge and sludge modifier are quickly and evenly mixed in the sludge modification mixer. The modified sludge is transported to the continuous deep dewatering press to achieve sludge dewatering under high pressure and intensive force. The water holding capacity of the deeply dehydrated sludge is greatly reduced, and the porosity of the mud cake is large. After being placed and solidified, the water content of the sludge continues to decrease.
