Product introduction:
Belt filter press, also known as sludge dewatering machine, is mainly used for dewatering residual sludge or mixed sludge from sewage biochemical treatment and physical and chemical treatment. It can be applied to solid-liquid separation in various industries such as water supply, drainage, papermaking, casting, leather, textile, chemical industry, food, etc. The dewatering process of belt filter press can be divided into four important stages: pretreatment, gravity dehydration, wedge zone pre-pressure dehydration and pressure dehydration. Technology uses new equipment filter machine program-controlled automatic chamber filter press, diaphragm filter press, deep sludge dehydration filter press, integrated sewage sludge treatment equipment.
Features of belt filter press:
1. It uses advanced concentration pretreatment equipment to flocculate the slurry better and reduce operating costs.
2. Gravity dehydration area uses advanced cloth device to make the material dispersed evenly and extend the service life of the filter cloth.
3. Belt filter press uses pneumatic tensioning and automatic deviation adjustment devices to ensure the safe operation of the filter belt.
