Product introduction:
The belt filter press is a dehydration equipment. It has the characteristics of large processing capacity, high dehydration efficiency and long service life. As a supporting equipment for sewage treatment, it can filter and dehydrate the suspended matter and sediment after flotation treatment and press them into mud cakes to achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling secondary pollution; the machine can also be used for slurry concentration, black liquor extraction and other process treatments.

What are the washing methods of filter press?
1.Undercurrent washable: The liquid of each filter plate is collected and discharged through the liquid outlet channel. This method is suitable for materials that are polluted, volatile, and need to be washed.
2.Open flow washable: In addition to the feed channel, there is also a wash liquid inlet channel. After the filtration is completed, the washing operation is performed.
3.Open flow non-washable: It is suitable for general filtration and has the advantages of fast filtration speed and intuitive filtration effect.
4.Undercurrent non-washable: In addition to the feed channel, there is also a liquid outlet channel. The filtrate of each filter plate is discharged together through this channel.
