Product introduction:
The drying tower is drying equipment used to dry grains. It can dry rice, rapeseed, soybeans, wheat, corn, peanuts and other grain crops on the same equipment, meeting the drying needs of different grains in different harvest seasons. It can dry feed grains, commercial grains, and seed grains to improve their utilization rate.
Features of the drying tower:
1. The grain drying tower is equipped with automatic online temperature and humidity measurement devices, which greatly improves the degree of automation and has good drying uniformity
2. The drying tower has a large processing capacity (100-1200 tons/day) and a large precipitation range (3-16%);
3. The grain drying tower is easy to clean and will not mix seeds, which is suitable for drying grain seeds.
4. The grain drying tower uses hot air as the drying medium and adopts a circulating drying process. The grain is heated and precipitated evenly and fully, and the quality after drying is good.
5. This dryer uses a special air distribution device for uniform drying;
6. Downstream drying, countercurrent drying, and countercurrent cooling are more in line with the grain precipitation law, and the unevenness of grain moisture after drying is low (2%);
7. Segmented air supply and multi-stage variable temperature drying, the grain color after drying is good and the biochemical indicators do not change;
8. The uniquely designed double-layer hopper grain discharge technology is adopted, and the grain in the drying tower flows evenly without retention;
9. The whole machine is insulated and wrapped with high-strength color plates, which is energy-saving and beautiful;
10. Waste heat is recycled to reduce energy consumption.
