Tower dryer machine features:
1. High degree of intelligence, automatic display of grain temperature, automatic control of material level. Equipped with automatic online temperature measurement device, the automation program is greatly improved
2. Under the same conditions, the moisture content of grain dried at low temperature is uniform, there are fewer raw grains, and it is not easy to heat up,tower dryer machine can effectively inhibit the growth rate of moldy grains and fatty acid values in grains, which is conducive to safe storage of grains.
3. Hot air is used as a medium to dry grains. The tower body is mainly composed of a hot air chamber with a low-temperature drying process and a drying layer. The grain flows from top to bottom, and the hot air enters the wind chamber from the air inlet. Under the action of wind pressure, the hot air passes through the grain layer horizontally and transfers heat and moisture to the grain. The grain temperature rises slowly, the grain grains are heated evenly from the outside to the inside, and the moisture gradually clarifies. The drying time and slow recovery time are longer, and the moisture content of grains in different moisture ranges can be reduced to the required level.
4. The tower dryer machine heat source selection is more flexible, and natural gas, liquefied gas methanol, bio-oil, etc. can be selected as fuel.
