Introduction:
Mobile grain dryer machine adopts the downstream drying process and is a downstream dryer. The mobile dryer equipment uses hot air as the heat medium to dry grain. Its interior is mainly composed of an air intake ventilation section and an angle ventilation box. The outside of the angle box is filled with grain, and the grain flows from top to bottom. Hot air enters from the air intake ventilation section, passes through the grain layer downward, and the exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust angle box. The hot air flows in the same direction as the grain flow. It can not only dry grain, but also has a walking device, which is convenient for spatial movement and adapts to drying operations in different locations, which can improve equipment utilization.
Working principle:
The mobile grain dryer mainly uses hot air to heat and dry the grain. The hot air generating device generates hot air by burning diesel or other fuels, and the grain to be dried is placed in the drying bin. The hot air is blown in from the bottom to heat and dry the grain, and the discharging device takes the dried grain out of the drying bin. The entire mobile device can be easily moved to meet the needs of different locations.
