Dryer machine introduction:

Features:
1. The grain dryer uses hot air as the drying medium and adopts a circulating drying process. The grain is heated and settled evenly and fully, and the quality is good after drying.
2. The equipment has a simple structure, small size, easy operation, no auxiliary equipment, and is easy to transport and move.
3. The grain dryer adopts PLC control, and feeding, drying, and unloading are completed with one button. The operation is simple, saving manpower, and meeting the needs of small and medium-sized farms and farmers.
4. The hot air chamber is made of stainless steel, with good thermal conductivity and long service life
5. The grain dryer uses a horizontal conveyor belt to transport, so that the increase in the crushing rate during the drying process is reduced to zero
6. It adopts an integrated reinforced frame, eight fixed legs, and strong body stability. It is equipped with a zero crushing lifting system, and the bottom does not use a horizontal air duct. It is equipped with a large-flow high-pressure C-type fan, which has fast precipitation and high drying efficiency
7. The dryer uses coal, rice husks or straw as fuel, which is converted into clean hot air after combustion and heat exchange and mixed with the grain to be dried.
