Application material:
The ultra fine grinding mill adopts the crushing principle of impact, extrusion and grinding, and has multi-layer and multi-point crushing. It is used in cement, carbon black, calcite, alumina, marble, dolomite, barite, phosphate rock, petroleum coke, white carbon black, brucite, aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, wollastonite, kaolin, rare earth, graphite, mica,ceramic materials, rubber, etc.
Advantages:
1. Crushing method of the ultrafine mill determines that the particle shape of the material crushed by it is uniform. The high-speed mill host is equipped with a built-in grading mechanism. The structure of the grading wheel is unique, which can achieve a good grading effect and a small particle size distribution range, making it easier to control in subsequent processing, packaging and other processes.
2. The process flow of crushing, drying, grinding and conveying is simple, the system equipment is small, the structure layout is compact, the footprint is small, and it can be arranged outdoors.
3. The sealing performance is good.During the grinding process,can effectively reduce dust pollution, which is green, safe and environmentally friendly.
4. High-speed rotating grinding disc used in the ultrafine mill can quickly crush the material into the required particle size. The ultrafine mill can achieve low energy consumption and high efficiency crushing, which greatly improves production efficiency.
5. Ultrafine mill has a relatively low requirement for the moisture content of the grinding raw materials. it can still be ground without affecting the grinding efficiency and quality.
6. The ultrafine mill adopts grinding roller limiter to avoid the violent vibration caused by material breaking during working time of the mill;new grinding roller sealing device is adopted, and the sealing is more reliable.
