Working principle:
The wheel sand washing machine is mainly composed of grinding wheel, feeding device, discharging device and other components. The impeller in the water tank is driven by the motor and the reducer to continuously circulate in the water tank, so that the sand, gravel or slag granular materials in the water tank are stirred, turned and washed in the water, and the water-receiving materials are discharged after being dehydrated in the impeller. The grinding wheel is the main working component, which is driven by the motor and rotates at a certain speed. The material enters the grinding wheel through the feeding device. Under the rotation of the grinding wheel, the material is stirred in the water, and the sand and gravel enter the washing tank from the feeding trough. Driven by the impeller, they roll and grind each other to remove impurities covering the surface of the sand and gravel, and at the same time destroy the water vapor layer covering the sand particles to facilitate dehydration; grinding, so as to achieve the cleaning of the material. The cleaned material is discharged through the discharging device to achieve the purpose of sand washing.

Water pump: responsible for delivering cleaning water to the grinding wheel.
Frame: provides support for the entire equipment, wear-resistant and hard material, the entire machine is wear-resistant and not easy to damage
