Working process of sand washing machine:
1. Sand and gravel enter the screen of wheel sand washing machine through the feed hopper.
2. Since a spiral propeller is installed in the wheel sand washing machine, the sand and gravel move upward along the obliquely rising screen under the push of the propeller.
3. In the process of sand and gravel rising, unclean impurities and soil will be washed away by water and dispersed, while clean sand and gravel will slide down through the gap of the screen.
4. At the same time, a set of water spraying device is installed in the wheel sand washing machine, which will spray water on the net through the water supply pipe to increase the sand washing effect.
5. The cleaned sand and gravel flow out from the discharge port at the top of the wheel sand washing machine, and the unclean impurities will be washed to the tail end of the machine by water and discharged from the wheel sand washing machine through the sewage pipe at the tail end.
