Introduction:
BM4-26 brick making machine is a semi-automatic model improved by TONTEN Machinery on the basis of the original small and medium-sized block making machine. The movement of the upper mold and the unloading valve are all controlled by electric motors, which greatly saves the labor intensity of workers and improves production efficiency. The brick making machine adopts a combination of electrical and mechanical control to complete various movements of the machine, ensure the normal operation of the machine, reduce operating failures, and is easy to operate. The brick making machine adopts a combination of upper and lower vibrations, with fast molding speed, high density and high strength. The brick making machine has higher productivity than other small block making machines. This machine is developed on the basis of the technical transformation of the original block making machine. The original one-time mold core vibration is changed to two-time mold core vibration, which makes the block density higher, the molding speed faster, and the block strength more uniform. This model can be applied to customers with various existing cement, clay, sand, fly ash, and lime.
