Description:
The waste plastic bottle PET plastic washing and recycling machinery production line is a kind of equipment specially used for processing and recycling polyethylene terephthalate (PET) materials. It can effectively wash, crush, sort and dry plastic bottles to promote the recycling of plastics. Main components:
1. Conveying system: conveying waste PET plastic bottles from one processing link to another through conveyor belts to ensure smooth material transfer.
2. Label remover: quickly removes various types of labels, including paper labels and plastic labels, to ensure that plastic bottles meet cleaning standards before recycling
3. Crusher: responsible for crushing the whole bottle of PET plastic into small particles, usually using a blade crusher, which can quickly and efficiently process plastic bottles of various specifications.
4. Friction cleaning machine: After crushing, the plastic particles will be friction cleaned to remove surface dirt and impurities to ensure that the cleanliness meets the standard.
5. Flotation cleaning tank: Using flotation technology, light impurities (such as paper labels, glue, etc.) are removed through the buoyancy of water to further improve the cleaning effect.
6. Hot water cleaning tank: Use hot water to clean the plastic particles to help remove oil and difficult-to-remove dirt to ensure the purity of the final product.
7. Dehydrator: The cleaned PET particles will pass through the dehydrator to remove residual moisture on the surface in preparation for subsequent drying.
8. Dryer: The dehydrated plastic particles are thoroughly dried by hot air or vacuum drying to meet the requirements of reprocessing.
9. Particle classifier: The dried PET particles are graded to ensure that particles of different particle sizes can meet the needs of subsequent applications.
10. Automatic control system: The entire production line is usually equipped with a PLC control system to achieve automatic control and improve production efficiency and operational safety.
