Product Description:
The feeding platform is adjusted by worm gear and lead screw. The system adopts imported components and seals, and is equipped with high dynamic performance proportional valve. According to work needs, the flow and pressure regulators are used to control the movement of each key cylinder. The main frame is wide, which is convenient for mold loading and can produce more blocks. In order to obtain uniform pressure, three oil tanks are used with a maximum pressure of 100 tons. The smallest oil tank in the middle can increase the working speed of the left and right oil tanks respectively, thereby improving production efficiency.Just need to change the mold then you can produce many kind of blocks .This machine is widely used and work well in Southeast asia , Africa and South America, get many good feedback.The cost is low , suitable for new block maker
Advantages:
1. Block machine is a newly designed high-efficiency block forming machine by TONTEN Machinery with low power consumption.
2. The block machine adopts a fully automatic spiral paving method to ensure the uniform distribution of materials in the mold, easy operation and high production efficiency. When producing hollow blocks, it has obvious advantages compared with large hydraulic block machines.
3. Machine is equipped with a 350-type reducer for mold lifting, which significantly extends the service life of the reducer.
4. The block machine combines pressurization and super vibration technology. The lower vibration system uses two 3KW vibrators, and the upper vibration system is equipped with two 1.5KW vibrators, which ensures the high strength and dimensional accuracy of the blocks. The product performance and quality are comparable to large equipment.
5.Block mould adopt heat treatment technology,Compared with common Block Making Machine, these equipment investment has increased by about 18%,but output has been improved by 35%,unit consumption has been reduced by about 5%.
6.PLC Control / International Brand motors,High thickness and rectangle steel frame, four guidance column, solidity structure and prolonged life.
7.The machine uses chain and geardrive which can keep longer life andlower faults,Bearing is used to reduce friction force.
