Waste plastic recycling plant description:
Plastic recycling line is a production equipment specially used for processing waste plastics, mainly including sorting, label removal, crushing, cleaning or hot washing, drying, air separation and other process links. Through a series of efficient mechanical treatments, this production line can convert discarded plastic products into reusable raw materials, reduce environmental pollution, improve resource utilization, energy-saving recycling and treatment, and promote the development of circular economy.
Main workflow:
1. Label removal equipment usually includes automatic stripping machines and manual stripping stations. Automatic stripping machines mechanically remove labels from bottles, while manual stripping stations are used to handle labels that are difficult to remove.
2. Put the collected waste plastic bottles into the label removal equipment. Bottles should be preliminarily screened to remove non-plastic bottles and severely contaminated bottles.
3. Label removal process In the automatic stripping machine, plastic bottles are stripped of labels after a variety of treatments such as rotation, friction and spraying. For some stubborn labels, manual stripping may be necessary. During the label removal process, pay attention to the label material: labels are usually made of paper or plastic, and make sure that all labels are removed. Bottle mouth and bottle bottom: Pay attention to the labels in these parts and ensure thorough cleaning.
4. After label removal, the bottles need to be inspected to ensure that there are no residual labels. Qualified bottles will be sent to the crushing stage, while bottles with residual labels will need to be processed again.
5. Hot washing process In the hot washing machine, plastic particles will be mixed with hot water and detergent for stirring and rinsing. The specific steps include: Heating: The temperature of hot water is usually set at 60-80 degrees Celsius to ensure effective decontamination. Stirring: The stirring device will continuously stir the mixture to ensure that each particle can fully contact the hot water and detergent. Rinse: After washing, the particles will be rinsed with clean water to remove residual detergent and dirt.
