Product Usage:
CCD rice color sorting machine is to pick out discolored grains, by-product and foreign material from white rice/grain.It can affect food safety and product value,maximize yield, increase profitability.
Product Features:

3.High speed FPGA technology signal processor with fast detection and high identification rate.

6.It uses intelligent temperature and air pressure control technology in order to ensure the best operative mode for the whole machine.
7.Failure alarm automation and modular construction makes easy repair.
8.Combining LED lighting systems with fixed backgrounds and low voltage vibrator, auto-adjusts varying light levels, minimizing vibrations and producing consistent throughput across the chute.
Working Principle
The material feeds into each chute uniformly because of the action of vibrator. When the materials are dropped down,the CCD signal will find out the unqualified particles and impurities, the ejector will blow the defective particles out.
