Cangzhou tongbao carton machinery co.,ltd is a professional manufacture of carton machines,has experience of more than 20 years in producting auto-matic flexo printer slotter and die-cutter,rotary die-cutter,rotary slotter,semi -auto/auto laminater,folder and gluer ,sticher,thin blade sicher&scorer and so on.
All the machine wrapped with plastic and fasten tightly iron wire into the container.
If the machine has quality problem in one year,we will offer the spare part free of charge,but quick-wear part not included,such as rubber roller.if the buyer need the seller to install and erect the machine,the buyer must be responsble siva fees and round trip flight tickets and accommodation and food of the work,and should pay 60 usd per person per day.

A: Our factory is located in Dongguang County, Hebei Province, North of China .
Near with Beijing (about 1 hours by high speed rail and 1 hour by car), Tianjin (3 hours by train),
convenient transportation.

A: We are professional in packaging machine more than 20 years.
Our main product: 2/3/5 layer corrugated paperboard production line(Including mill roll stand, pre-heater,single facer, conveyor bridge, gluing machine, double facer, slitter scorer,cut-off, conveyer and stacker etc.) automatic carton printing slotting and die-cutting machine, folder gluer machine, Die cutting and creasing machine, lamination machineStitching machine etc.
Automatic folder and gluer
· The automatic corrugated carton gluer machine is a special purpose equipment with carton gluer, it
can be gluer corrugated cardboard with 3 ply and 5ply.
· PLC control system with frequency conversion motor controlling the speed, guarantee easy operation
and stable running, and changing the parameter and running speed without stopping the machine.
· The average speed reaches to 120pcs/min
· It's widely used in different size of carton box pasting, it's quick and convenient to adjust the machine
for the corresponding size of carton box.
· The machine is consist of the following 3 parts:
o Vacuum paper feeding unit
o Gluing and folding unit
o Counting and stacking unit.
Vacuum paper feeding unit
· The vacuum suction feeding system is good at adapting the curved paperboard
· The air suction motor and main driven motor are all made of Taiwan with high quality and high stability.
· The paperboard width adjustment unit is made of high quality steel, so as to adjusting the machine width
conveniently in order to adapt to the different size of carton box.
· Equipped with high quality electromagnetic clutch brake system, in order to control the feeding unit
independently, which is good at reducing waste when changing order and improving the output precision.
Gluing and folding unit
· The glue quantity is controlled by imported high quality and stability motor, which is low noise
· The gluing roll is made of stainless steel, which is easy for cleaning, the gluing is even and saves
its volume.
· The transmission belt of folding unit is made of imported wear proof rubber belt, guarantee a long
life time and makes the cardboard folding precisely.
· The folding unit equipped with re-creasing and orthotic devices, the height of creasing wheel is adjustable in order to adapt different
thickness of cardboard.
· The re-creasing device is able to re-crease the cardboard to reach a good creasing if the first creasing is not good.
Counting and stacking unit
· The counting and stacking are numericial controlled which is simple and reliable.
· Non-stop input parameter data and change order is available.
· Counting automatically and pneumatic output precisely and quickly.
· Equipped with correction function.
