Function and characteristics:
1. Manual feeding can better adapt to warping paper and convenience to feeding, easy put paper in place. 2. The paper feeding table can be automatically raised with the paper, easy to operate. 3. The size of the grippers can be adjusted up and down with the thickness of the paper and bite paper firmly. 4. This machine adopts high strength rigid aluminum alloy gripper row , which is small and stable in its gripper edge, effectively preventing the gripper row from vibrating. Adjustable device is added to the front and rear positioning of the gripper row. 5. The main drive adopts pneumatic clutch, frequency modulation motor, smooth and rapid braking. 6. Die-cutting steel plate with high hardness and high elasticity of high manganese alloy spring steel material, durable.
Feeding part
1.High quality steel is used to install and fix firmly, and the operation is simple. Can be in normal paper work, code to load the next die-cutting paper, do not cause a waste of time caused by the coding paper link. 2. The maximum paper feeding size is 1300mm×930mm /1500mm×1100mm /1650x1200mm 3.It is equipped with opposite photoelectricity. It can automatically lift and manually adjust the lifting distance. It can also adjust the photoelectric position according to whether the paper is bent or not, so as to ensure that the front edge of the continued paper is flush with the feed baffle.
Die cutting part and Delivery system
1. The maximum die-cutting pressure of the main machine is 350N/C㎡. 2. The main engine is driven by worm wheel and worm, with large torque, stable and reliable transmission, low noise and long service life。 3.
