Main features:
1.The machine adopts programmable logic controller (PLC) to control and touch screen operation: (1) Because of the different height of bottle for each specification, the height of feeding head can only be adjusted manually without tools (height adjustment 100mm-250mm) and takes about 5 minutes. Due to the different specifications of each bottle, the adjustment range of the filling head satisfies the requirement of bottle type (adjustment distance of 45mm-95mm) from 100ml-1000ml, For manual tool-free adjustment, it takes about 10 minutes (adjust the distance between the feeding nozzle and the baffle); (2) high degree of automation, can memorized sets of parameters to achieve more convenient and quick for different specifications, All adjustments are implemented in the touch screen and operate reliably. Application of touch screen technology, the operation of the machine more reliable, convenient, more friendly man-machine interface.
2.all the piston use one set of dynamical system controlled, double screw, double guide rail, insure the piston running with high precision and high speed, it means filling precision and stable；
3.Cylinder or motor-driven filling head operation of the dive filling method, with the variable speed filling function can be set and lengthened feeding head, can reduce foaming when filling the bubble materials, to prevent material spills caused bottle and bottle mouth pollution；
4.In addition to liquid level control for the normal working level control, also increase high and low level detection and sound and light alarm device to prevent liquid level anomaly; abnormal level host alarm, and can be implemented on the feed valve or feed pump control；
