Bottle inlet part:

The bottle feeding system adopts the screw dividing device to ensure smooth feeding the bottle; the photoelectric detecting device is added in the direction of bottle feeding, to achieve no bottle no capping, when the bottle is blocking or lacking, the machine is automatically shut down and alarming, when the bottle meets the condition, it will work automatically; In the event of bottle fall down, the machine will automatically shut down and alarming, effectively reducing the damage caused by the falling down bottle on the conveyor, In addition, the bottle guiding system adopts modular design, effectively reducing the bottle replacement time and improving operability.

Cap feeding part:

The pass rate of the screw cap is close to 100%, the torque is adjustable, convenient and fast, and the stability is good. High pass rate:

Good versatility: Adopts correct capping type, suitable to the anti-theft cap and straw caps.

Detection and rejection of no aluminum foil cap

The reversed cap and the aluminum foil missing cap will be rejected by the sensor and rejecting cylinder;

The cap sorter:

The cap sorter can incessantly feed caps to capping machine, match to automatic capping machine.

Conveyor and drip gutter:

The conveyors before filling and after filling equipped with drip gutter also, to prevent liquid drop on ground and pollution workshop.

Protection door:

All doors on the machine are equipped with safety door switches and full range of interlock control. If any door is opened, the machine cannot start or stop automatically

Jogging device:

The commissioning personnel can jog the equipment through the hand-held control box. The control box has the jog and emergency stop functions. The commissioning personnel can press the emergency stop button at any time even if it is debugged behind the equipment to prevent accidental injury.

Touch screen:

The support of touch screen adopts 360-degree rotatable bracket, which is easy to operate, simple and generous in appearance, strong in practicability, and gives the operator a kind of enjoyment at one's own will.

Cable trays:

Simple structure, beautiful appearance, flexible configuration and convenient maintenance, so that the cables and air pipes on the site are not messy.

Packaging & Shipping

1. the machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
