LP-6BY Automatic Bottle Unscrambler consists of a bottle feeding machine, a bottle stopper, a bottle-removing part, a bottle-making part and an electric box. Machine details:
When changing bottles, don’t need to change any moulds, 100ml-1000nl bottles are can be used on this machines. Easy and fast to adjust,when changing different bottle specification, only changed the belt’s quantities and the distance of the spare parts(each belt driven by servo motor separately, capacity, quality and stable are with huge improvement ).
Equipped with coordinated photoelectricity, when the bottles on the back conveyor are blocked, the bottle sorting is suspended, and when the back conveyor is smooth, the bottles are sorted again to achieve a perfect connection with the back packaging equipment; the unmanned operation of the whole machine can be realized.
Equipped with an inverted bottle rejection device. When the bottle is sorted out, the inverted bottle is detected photoelectrically, and the cylinder kicks the inverted bottle into the bottle collection bucket.

1. the machine is packked by non-fumigation wooden case, and for keeping the wooden case more secure, we inserted the iron support inside wooden case, makes it suitable for long-term sea delivery.
