The **Enthalpy-Adding Structure** is an optional feature available for all our **tube-in-shell heat exchangers**. This innovative design integrates an **economizer** directly into the heat exchanger, significantly enhancing heat transfer efficiency, especially in low-temperature conditions (below **-10℃**). By combining the economizer with the heat exchanger, the **Enthalpy-Adding Heat Exchanger** eliminates the need for a separate economizer unit, reducing equipment volume and production costs. This integrated solution not only simplifies system design but also improves overall performance, making it an ideal choice for applications requiring efficient heat exchange in challenging environments.

Principle of economizer :
In this system, **high-pressure liquid refrigerant** from the condenser is split into two streams. One stream undergoes **throttling expansion**, absorbing heat and transforming into a **low-temperature, low-pressure two-phase fluid** (a mix of gas and liquid). This two-phase fluid then exchanges heat with the second stream of liquid refrigerant in the **economizer**, cooling it further. The cooled liquid refrigerant flows directly into the **evaporator** for refrigeration, while the two-phase fluid, now fully gaseous, returns to the **compressor** to continue the cycle. This process enhances overall system efficiency by optimizing heat exchange and improving refrigerant performance.
Principle of enthalpy-adding heat exchanger :
Enthalpy-adding structure is an economizer integrated in the heat exchanger, Enthalpy-adding heat exchanger is usually used as condenser. This structure can significantly improve the heat exchange efficiency at low temperature(Below-10℃).
