Product Description:
Our broadheads are made of durable materials such as aluminum, steel, titanium, stainless steel, and carbon steel, which can be customized according to client requirements. The broadheads are incredibly hard, strong, and long-lasting, with an anodized and plated finish or special treatments that prevent rust and oxidation. The broadheads' resistance is increased by a special heat treatment, which extends their lifespan.
Our uniquely designed broadheads are available in 2, 3, 4, or 6-blade options with fixed or expandable spintite fly types. They are made of 420J2, tool steel, or titanium material and heat-treated to enhance their toughness and sharpness, effectively piercing the target without tearing or obstacles.
The broadhead's hardened tip and screw fit securely and tightly onto the arrow, making it reliable and easy to use. It is compatible with different arrows and broadheads and can be changed quickly by screwing in or out.
Our broadheads are versatile and designed for a variety of applications, including hunting, skeet shooting, and practice games. They can be mounted on any arrows or crossbows with universal international threads, compatible with any bow, recurve bow, crossbow, or compound bow.
We accept customized OEM manufacturing and offer a one-stop solution for our clients. We have over 20 years of manufacturing experience, with our own workshops for precision machining, precision stamping, precision MIM, precision plastic, blade sharpening, and QC assembly center. Our broadheads are available in various weight options, ranging from 75grain to 300grain, with blade quantities from 1 to 6 blades. We also offer various blade configurations, such as fixed blade, expandable/deployed blade, and spin-tight fly options, with cutting diameters of all sizes. Our materials include aluminum 7075, 6061, titanium, tool steel, stainless steel, 420J2, 440C carbon steel, normal steel 1045, and free-cutting iron.
