Stainless square tube steel 100x100 23mm seamless pipe tubing
304 Stainless Steel Square Tube has inside and outside radius corners, with a protruding interior weld seam. Stainless Square Tube is ideal for all structural applications where greater strength and superior corrosion resistance is required. Having a durable mill finish Stainless Square Tube is widely used for all types of fabrication projects that are exposed to the elements - chemical, acidic, fresh water, and salt water environments. Some sizes are available with a 180 grit polish.
Classification
Stainless steel square pipe classification: square pipe is divided into two categories: seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe (seamed pipe). According to the cross-sectional shape, it can be divided into square and rectangular pipes. The widely used round steel pipes are round steel pipes, but there are also some semicircular, hexagonal, equilateral triangle, octagonal and other special-shaped steel pipes.
For stainless steel square pipes under fluid pressure, hydraulic tests should be carried out to check their pressure resistance and quality. If there is no leakage, wetting or expansion under the specified pressure, it is qualified. Some steel pipes should be rolled according to standards or requirements of the buyer. Edge test, flaring test, flattening test, etc.

Round bar preparation → heating → hot rolling and piercing → cutting head → pickling → grinding → lubrication → cold rolling → degrease → solution heat treatment → straightening → pipe cutting → pickling → finished product inspection.
