Pressing Section & Cutter

Working Principle
The metal coil is unrolled from the unwinding system and enters the forming machine through the feed guide platform.
In the forming machine, the plate passes through each roller in turn, and the roller applies a gradually changing pressure to the plate, so that it gradually bends into an arc shape according to a predetermined trajectory.
The formed arc tile moves forward with the operation of the main machine. When it reaches the preset length, the computer control cabinet sends a signal, and the hydraulic station drives the forming shearing device to cut the tile.
The cut arc tile is transported to the designated position to complete a production cycle, and this cycle is repeated to achieve continuous production.
