Description
The machine is suitable for winding different size of PP yarn,Split-film yarn,sisal yarn,jute yarn into spool shape.The machine is equipped with length counter,every spindle operates individually and stably.Easy to maintain.
This machine can be used to wind sewing thread, embroidery thread and nylon thread, etc.
It is equipped with computer auto control system, frequency control, grooved drum style wire, magnetic tension control, circulating pumping sets of oil pumps, With high efficiency, making thread in a good shape, this machine is secure, easy to operator and can be abroad applied. The wind speed can be as fast as 1000meter/minute.
1. Quickly set the winding tension setting of the yarn diameter of 0.009-0.025 through the touch screen PLC, and can store the winding scheme.
