Epoxy powder coating is based on epoxy resins, which is manufactured in a way that enables the possibility of coating a high film build without any defect in the coating when cured.
What is outstanding with this epoxy powder is it’s excellent resistance to solvents, other chemicals and provides a good corrosion protection layer. It is especially suitable in aggressive environments. Unfortunately they are not suitable for external use where they will form a chalk like appearance on the surface with lengthy exposure to sunlight.

The powder coating is mainly composed by resin.
The quality of the resin and the mixing ratio largely determine the quality of the powder coating, the resin proportion Feihong keeps is 60%, coverage 7-8㎡/kg, 5-8 years coating lifetime.

Curing condition
Type A - 200°C (work piece temperature), 15 minutes (flat or Matt)
Type B -180°C (work piece temperature), 15 minutes (highlight)
Type C -140°C (work piece temperature), 15 minutes (highlight)
