1) Silicon nitride thermocouple protection tube is formed by CIP , then machined to accurate dimension, and put it into Reaction-Sintered furnace for sintering.
2) Silicon nitride thermocouple protection tube have the characteristics of high and equal density, good dimensional accuracy , etc. Silicon nitride is especially suitable for thermocouple protective cannula measuring temperature of molten aluminum for its anti-fusion.Our company can do any types as customers’ required.

Outstanding corrosion resistance to molten aluminum alloys and flux contamination free.
2.Oxidation resistance
Oxidation rarely accurs at operating temperature(up to 800 C), which allows hi-cera to maintain stable performance for a long service life.
3.Thermal shock resistance
Superior thermal shock resistance allows hi-cera protection tubes to be inserted in molten aluminum directly with simple preheating.
4.Mechanical strength
The highest strength among ceramics allows a thin wall thickness.
5.Wear resistance
Excellent wear resistance gives degassing rotor shafts a long service life at a high speed revolution.
6.Acid ressitance
Exceptional acid resistance against acids such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid permits removal of sticking matter on the surface with such acids.
