Brass nozzle high quality extruder band mica heater with stainless steel braided wire
Description:
1) Sealed brass nozzle heater with hole is very sturdy and the high watt density per square centimeter provides the required working temperature with a fast and safe means.During manufacturing process, the heaters are subjected to very high pressure that gives them high insulation, excellent thermal exchange, lack of internal voids, perfect smooth contact area for optimum and uniform heat transfer to every point of nozzle.
2) Mica band heaters are widely used on operations involving heating of cylindrical surface and are
manufactured in a full range of standard construction variations, physical dimensions, electrical rating,
and a complete arrangement of screw terminals and lead terminations.
3) These standard band heater variations and terminations do not represent the extent of our capabilities. GME’s engineering staff, with many years experience in heat processing and temperature control applications, can assist you in designing the right band heater for your specific applications.
