Ampfort is one of domestic professional manufacturer of silicon temperature sensor KTY81/83/84 series and LPTC-different resistance value series products with independent intellectual property rights. The core technology of independent intellectual property rights lies in the planar process manufacturing of silicon single crystal thermal chips with linear changes in resistance R-temperature T. The high-precision chip is packaged with DO35 glass, which is small in size, reliable in structure, and has high stability with a drift of less than 0.01°C in two years. The KTY81/83/84 series and LPTC series products produced by our company are one of supply source of domestic products at present.
