How Solar Water Heater Work?
1. Flat plate collector consists basically of an insulated metal box with a glass or plastic cover (the glazing)and a dark colored absorber plate.
2. Solar radiation is absorbed by the absorber plate and transferred to a fluid that circulates through the collector in tubes.
3. In the collector the circulating fluid is air, whereas in a liquid based collector it is usually water.
4. Flat plate collectors heat the circulating fluid to a temperature considerably less than that of the water boiling point.
5. Flat plate collectors are best suited to applications where the demand temperature is 30-70°C(86- 158°F) and/or for applications that require heat during the winter months.

4. Split modularized structure, collector installation is much more easy and adaptable to different roof structures. The storage tank is placed inside house so that the load bearing consideration of house roof can be neglected.
5. Almost maintenance free system works automatically which is safe, stable and reliable.
6. System can be used in extremely cold area with anti-freezing fluids as heat-transfer medium.
