SWAFM-1050GY is high speed model thermal film laminating machine,max working speed can reach 100m/min,having pattern roller for hand bag making.The pattern is to be customized by clients,according to requirements.After embossing,the paper looks much beautiful and high quality.The machine has the features of stable structure, humanization design and fast laminating speed.
It is featured in the compact structure, humanized design and high automation. Stable feeding, oil-heating system used for upper heating roller, aluminum-casting heater used for lower heating roller and temperature controlled separately ensure the precise temperature of double sided laminator. In electrical system, PLC controller is equipped, which makes the high precision of paper feeding smooth running, long service life and easy maintenance.
SWAFM-1050GY is used for BOPP thermal film. The machine adopts automatic feeding, automatic slitting after lamination, and has stable, high-effective features. Schneider, Omron famous electrical components are used in the machine to ensure the stability and safe. The machine is automatic, feeder is automatic feeding, electromagnetic heaer is used for heating roller to keep the precision of laminating temperature. PLC control system is also used in this machine. It has the advantages of high precise feeding, stable working, long service lift and convenient maintenance. It is suitable to laminate those products like cards, certificates, files, book covers, and packaging boxes etc.
