PE pipe extrusion line for Application Description
This Extrusion Line can be used for different diameter PE Pipe production which have excellent stiffness and flexibility, heat resistance, aging resistance, high mechanical strength, resistance of environmental stress cracks, resistance to creep deformation, heat-linkage, and so on. So, this pipe production line is a preferred for ductwork system of gas, water pipe and agricultural irrigation pipe between city and village.
Main characteristics of PE pipe
The unique characteristics of various grades of PE are the appropriate combination of four basic variables: density, molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, and additives. Different catalysts are used to produce customized special performance polymers. These variables are combined to produce PE grades for different purposes. Achieve the best balance in performance.

Equipment characteristics
1. The PE pipe production line adopts our company's special extruder for HDPE and PP pipes. The screw adopts a structure with a barrier and a mixing head. The barrel adopts a new slotted barrel. very stable.
2. The PE pipe production line is a spiral die designed for HDPE and PP large-diameter thick-walled pipes. This die has the characteristics of low melt temperature, good mixing performance, low cavity pressure and stable production.
3. The PE pipe production line adopts a proprietary sizing and cooling system, with water film lubrication and water ring cooling to meet the requirements of HDPE and PP materials, ensuring high-speed production of thick-walled pipes with stable diameter and roundness.
4. The PE pipe production line adopts a specially designed multi-section vacuum sizing box to ensure the dimensional stability and roundness of HDPE and PP pipes. The extruder and haul-off machine are driven and controlled by imported speed regulators, with good stability, high precision and high reliability.
5. The operation and time of the PE pipe production line are programmed and controlled by PLC. It is equipped with a good human-machine interface. All process parameters can be set and displayed through the touch screen. It can be equipped with a dedicated extruder for marking lines to produce pipes with colored markings that meet standard requirements.
