 Indications

Dermis pigmentation,such as lentigines, blue or black pigment,eyebrow color.

Epidermis pigmentation, such as freckle, senior fleck and yellow, red, brown pigment,lip color

Interval of the therapy

Two months interval is necessary before start another treatment, making the broken pigment has enough time to be absorbed.

Treatment sessions:

Generally speaking, several treatments are required to get satisfactory results. For specific customers, the treatment times depends on composition of the pigment concentration, depth, pigment; usage amount of each treatment laser doses, patient's body macrophages for the absorption of pigment . To receive satisfactory results, usually exogenous pigment treatment needs more than 3 times, the endogenous pigment needs more than 5 times. Only a minority of patients cannot get satisfactory result after repeated treatment.

Preoperative considerations

• The clients who have many blood vessels in the treated areas should avoid alcohol and aspirin drugs to prevent hemorrhage three days before treatment and two weeks after treatment.

2) Women should not be treated during the menstruation. For blood coagulation function defects, epilepsy, high blood pressure, heart disease and scar constitution of patients, should be treated carefully

3) Patients should clean the local skin, remove cosmetics during treatment.

4) Patients should be treated carefully who do lines, embroidered, cut eyebrow repeatedly and nearly all around and the local operation.

5) According to the nature of the lesion, the depth of the pigment, the local area, individual differences and previous treatment, the patients should be treated with different times accordingly, and gradually achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect, each time interval is 1-3 months.

 Postoperative considerations

1) After the treatment, the skin will become red and swollen or blood infiltrated, if so, patients can ice the treatment skin or apply some ointment against scar

2) 7-14 days will be fall off if there is scabby, avoid by all means remove, so as not to delay the healing and the formation of pigmentation of the skin

3) Due to individual differences or climate changes, the clients shall not touch water or other solution directly in a few days after treatment, so as to prevent treatment area infected.

4) try to eat less spicy food and binge drinking, smoking.

5) very few individuals may appear normal skin pigmentation after treatment, generally subside after 1-3 months.

6) clients should avoid the sun activity and exposure, lest produce heavier pigmentation after the treatment.

7) any abnormal phenomenon appears after the treatment, please counseling the clinic timely.

Side effect and forbidden items

• For the patients with darker skin,their epidermis will be minimal damage because the patients’ pigment in the epidermis will absorb the laser when using the machine. So we suggest the patient do the treatment after making their skin whitening.

• There will be redness on the skin, subcutaneous errhysis and inflammation on treatment area. After the laser irradiation surgery, the treatment area needs freezing treatment after the surgery, and apply some ointment which can prevent the scars caused by scald.
• For the pigment contains metal ion (as iron ion), there will be some hardly absorbed black chemicals(as ferrous oxide) after the laser irradiation treatment which will make the treatment area darker. This is because of the difference of the pigment composition, not the instrument own quality problems.
• The treatment area needs keep dry and clean, avoiding infections
• Postoperative crusting, should make it off on their own to prevent human forcibly cut off scarring.
• Prohibiting continuous and repeated irradiation on the same area during the treatment, or the heat accumulation will damage the skin.
