This polyester hydrophilic soft and smooth silicone oil is a new type of silicone emulsion newly developed by our company. It is mainly used for hydrophilic and soft finishing of chemical fiber and polyester-cotton fabrics, and has the characteristics of stability, good hydrophilicity, soft and smooth hand feel, low yellowing, shear resistance, and non-stick roll.
【Product Features】
It has excellent hydrophilicity.
The treated fabric can maintain hydrophilicity for a long time.
Suitable for the hand feel finishing of yarns and fabrics of chemical fibers and their blended fibers.
The hand feel is refreshing and not greasy, soft, smooth and skin-friendly.
【Usage】
It is recommended to use the padding method for treatment:
Dosage: Silicone oil 50 - 80g/L
Liquid pickup: 70 - 80%
Dilute the working solution → one-dip-one-nip (liquid pickup between 70 - 80%) → dry and set at 150°C. The above recommended process is a common process. Your company can adjust the dosage and processing process according to your own process or hand feel requirements.
【Precautions】
A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct a compatibility test in advance.
【Storage and Packaging】
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
