The scouring penetrant is a non-ionic surfactant mixture synthesized from a variety of organic chemical raw materials through a special chemical process. It has excellent alkali-resistant permeability and its wetting permeability is significantly fast. It is mainly used for the penetration scouring treatment of cotton and linen fibers and their fabrics, and has strong emulsifying, dispersing, penetrating and impurity-removing abilities.
【Product Features】
It has strong functions of penetration, wetting, emulsifying and cleaning oil stains;
It has good wetting and penetrating abilities in acid, alkali and general environments;
It is resistant to acid, alkali, salt, oxygen, hard water and metal salts, and can be mixed with various surfactants, synthetic resins and biological enzymes;
After washing wool, it will not remain on the wool, there is no yellowing defect, and the fiber is soft; adding the scouring penetrant to the wool carbonization liquid can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the amount of acid, and improve the carbonization effect.
【Usage Method】
Suggested process: 0.5 - 2.0g/L
Adjust the optimal dosage according to actual needs. The process is in accordance with the conventional degreasing/scouring/dyeing process.

【Precautions】
A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
