Equipment function: The main function of this device is to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under simulated dust climate conditions. After testing, the performance of the product is evaluated through calibration to determine whether it meets the requirements, in order to facilitate the design, improvement, calibration, and factory inspection of the product.

Biggest characteristic:
The entire box is composed of three main parts: 1. The box is assembled on site with polyurethane foam insulation board, 2. The control box is completed and assembled on site, and 3. The funnel dust collection chassis is completed and assembled on site. The funnel dust collection chassis is designed with a long rectangular funnel, which ensures the inclined angle of the funnel slope within a limited height (550mm high), making it easier for dust to slide off the bottom of the funnel and avoiding the loss of dust adhesion on the inner wall of the chamber. The latest design installs a spiral feeding roller inside each long funnel. By rotating the spiral roller clockwise, all the dust in the funnel is sent to the inlet of the high-pressure centrifugal fan on the left, and then drawn to the top of the test box by the high-pressure centrifugal fan, forming a vertical circulation of dust inside the box.
Box Introduction:
1. Outer wall galvanized spray painted color steel plate (thickness 0.5mm) - temperature stress resistant insulation material - inner wall stainless steel plate SUS304 (thickness 0.5mm) composite assembly board, insulation layer thickness 75mm; Assembly of the box on site.

4,Double hinged doors with double-layer silicone sealing. The box door is designed to be higher than the ground guide rail for easy closing and sealing of the main door. The box door is sealed with high tension silicone rubber sealing strips and equipped with a container door lock for easy and powerful opening and closing, preventing dust leakage. The lower side of the door is a powder receiving groove (which can collect the dust inside the door when it is opened after the test is completed, making it easy to clean).
5,The observation window is made of tempered glass with a manual dust scraper, and a door opening protection switch is installed on the top to prevent dust from overflowing after opening the door during the test.
6,The dust outlet is located on the left side of the bottom of the test chamber. When removing dust, first open the dust outlet, select the dust removal button on the control panel, and automatically remove the dust inside the test chamber from the left dust outlet by rotating the spiral roller counterclockwise.
Airflow circulation system:
At the bottom of the box, there are dust blowing and circulating air ducts. The outlet of the air duct is connected to the top of the test box. The dust recovery funnel at the bottom of the box is connected to the inlet of the blower. The airflow in the test space is vertical, and the dust and airflow are mixed and circulated forcibly in the test space.
