Machine Structure:
a. High Precision Cell Phone Drop Tester Machine adopts AC servo motor and synchronous pulley for the drop height adjusting, can guarantee the height precision, and long durability.
b. Hanset Drop Tester Machine adopts the color touchpanel+ PLC to control and set the motion, can set the drop height directly, it will auto stop when it reaches the set height, it can preset the drop times and has power-off memory function, all the controls can be done in the touch panel: drop, reset, height setting, drop times, and counting.
c. Mobile Device Drop Tester Machine is to use the SMC vacuum sucker for the samples sucking, the edges, corner can faces impact can be done.
d. Tested sample will be released at the height of 300mm, the tested sample drop gesture is close to the original set gesture.
e. Automatic Telephone Drop Tester Machine is used aluminum alloy frame and transparent PMMC as the whole sealing enclosure , it is installed with the Omron safety lock, , the tester can be triggered when it locks, that can guarantee the security.
f. All the pneumatic parts are from SMC, can make sure the high performance and long durability.
g. Various drop bases are available: steel base, wood base, granite base, that is to meet the various impact medium requirements.
h. Auto count(Drop cycles) function function, Auto drop mode and the manual drop mode are switchable.
i. The drop friction can be lowest because it uses the Japan THK high precision low friction sliding rail.
j. Telefono Auto Drop Tester Machine has special handle controller, it is convenient to control the Start, Stop, and Reset during the testing.
