The JCK-3 building material flammability test furnace is a test method for determining whether a building material has flammability under the specified conditions and is developed according to the technical parameters specified by the national standard GB8626. The test furnace is in a normal combustion environment, with a small flame direct impact on the vertical placement of the sample to determine the flammability of building products. Building material flammability test furnace uses the Kleinbrenner (Kleinbrenner) principle in Germany to measure the combustion performance of Class B building materials under the direct impact of a small flame in the vertical direction.

Compared with the basic JCK-2 building material flammability test furnace, the JCK-3 type adopts a stainless steel box; the servo motor-driven sample rack realizes controllable automatic lifting of the sample rack; additionally, the Bunsen burner can be realized. OPERATING PROCEDURES

1. Turn on the power and air supply and press the power switch.

2. Check whether the set value of Ta on the instrument panel is at the standard value (spray time is 15S)

3. Press the Stop button to return the burner to the upright position.

4. Open the door of the combustion chamber, fix the clamp of the specimen with the test specimen on the beam of the sample rack, place the flame locator on the socket of the Bunsen burner, press the “adjustment” key, and then pass the test panel on the panel. The “up and down” keys and the push-pull lever on the front of the device adjust the distance between the specimen clamp and the burner (see Figure 2 for the positioning method), and then press “stop” to return the burner.

5. Press the “Gas” button and the “Gas Flow” to the left will hear a sound of Bong Bun in the Bunsen burner. Then press the “Ignition” button until the flame is lit. Adjust the “Gas Flow” so that the height of the flame reaches 20 mm. 2mmm (see Figure 3 for flame height measurement), close the door.

6. Press the "Start" button, so that the burner applies flame to the test piece for 15 seconds. After the flame is applied, the burner is automatically removed and the time from the start of ignition until the flame reaches the mark or the surface of the test piece is extinguished. Press " “Timer” button T on the instrument panel stops.
7. After repeating 5 test pieces, the system will automatically pop up the save interface.

8. In the course of the test, it has not reached 15s. The flame tip has reached the scale line. Press the “Stop” button to remove the burner.

9. Turn off the power, "gas switch" and cylinder valve, perform necessary maintenance on the combustion box and test piece
