The hospital high speed ironerlines are professional designed for medical linen, railway logistics linen, square table cloth ironed, the unified characteristics of these linens: the linen length is among 2.2m~2.8m, and the linen width is among 1.2m~1.7m, the width is very small. CLM is specialized developed “CLM hospital high speed ironerlines” which based on these characteristics of linens.

 

 

 

Adopt synchronous fed 2 pieces, ironed 2 pieces, folded 2 pieces which based on the narrow width of these linens, the feeding efficiency is improved twice which compared with before. Integrated feeding efficiency, ironing speed, mechanical equipments and others, the overall iron efficiency is increased 4~5 time per hours than “flatwork ironerlines”

 

 

 

CLM hospital high speed ironerlines are in the case of 4Pma steam pressure, the bed sheet is 1600~2000 pieces per hour, in the case of 5.5 Pma steam pressure, the quilt cover is 1200~1600 pieces per hour.

10 inches colorful touch screen programmable computer control is adopted. Each station has statistical function, accurately mater the feeding number, which is convenient for management.

 

Four stations synchronous transmission design, each station has two feeding mechanical arms, high efficiency.

 

Air draft function can smooth the linen, which increases the flatness

 

Feeding speed is automatically controlled by frequency controller to adapt to different linen ironing processes and speed.

 

Feeding conveyor can automatically stretch out and draw back to achieve the feeding of different linen such as table cloth, pillow case, bed sheets and quilt cover.

 

All the transfer arms are controlled by servo motor to measure the length of linen and send them at the set feeding position.

 

Combined with high speed ironer and folder can achieve synchronous transmission.

Reason of high speed 1: Adopt high quality boiler carbon steel with better performance of heat conduction. The heat conductivity of boiler carbon steel is 2.5times than stainless steel.

 

Reason of high speed 2:The thickness of roller is 12mm, and can bear pressure 1mpa steam pressure, which ensure safety operation and big heating storage cylinder wall guarantees the heating balance and ironing flatness of linen.

 

Reason of high speed 3:Heavy structure design, both sides of cabinet up to 16mm thickness. The whole machine is 16.5tons. It is processed by imported CNC laser cutting machine and assures the strength and precision.

The design of energy saving:

 

1. The motor power of whole machine is only 6KW, and adopt the frequency conversion design.
2. The two sides of rollers, the surrounding area of cabinet and all steam pipes had been constructed thermal insulation, the steam consumption is reduced 5%.
3. Computer control and programmable design, according to the working of ironing machine, freely set the ironing machine’s steam supply time when pre-heating, working, mid-rest, off duty. Adopt the effective management of steam use, can reduce the steam consumptions effectively. Compared the common ironing machine, the steam consumption is reduced nearly to 25%.

 

Safety design:

1.The roller is made of boiler carbon steel, the pressure resistance is better than stainless steel.

 

2.The thickness of roller is 12mm, and the design of bear pressure is 1.5mpa , test pressure is 1.2mpa, the max working pressure is 1mpa, Safe and realiable.

 

3.The relief valve is designed at the entrance of total steam inlets, as long as the supply of steam pressure is more than 1mpa, the control system is into working position. Automatically shut down the steam supply of whole machine, until the steam pressure returned normal.

 

 

High quality flatness design

 

1.The surface of all rollers is abrasived and processed , high smoothness, which effectively improve the ironing quality of linen.

 

2.The first group of rollers are all designed double-sides ironing ,which effectively ensure the ironing quality.

 

3. All ironing belts have tension function, which automatically adjust the tensions of belt, improve the ironing quality.

The main technical features of CLM folding machine with two channels and two stacker positions:

 

1.Adopt 7 inch colorful touch screen and realize man-machine conversation function. There are over 20 kinds of folding programs for choice.

 

Two long fold with two cross fold function, the first two long fold adopt air knife folding way, and two cross fold adopt mechanical knife folding way.

 

The highest speed of folding can be up to 60m/min which can realize the folding of 2000 pieces of bed sheets.

 

The stacker is part of standard configuration, and the stacker qty is optional setted, do not need to bend to carry, can prevent fatigue and also improve efficiency.

 

All electrical, pneumatic , bearing and motor components are all imported from Europe and Japan.
