Electric Heating Italian Restaurant Pizza Oven
The great integration ensures tremendous heat preservation ability that the inner temperature can stay above 200℃ in 8 hours after the oven is heated to 300℃
Gas pizza ovens are heating with pillar of fire, and the maximum inner temperature can get to 500℃, in which way saves more moisture and nutrition of the vegetables and fruits in pizzas. More infrared radiation can make the pizza surface crispier.
Fully imported components are adopted. The high temperature heaters specially customized for electric pizza ovens are durable and can evenly heat. The Schneider temperature controller and Omron calculus solid-state relay make the temperature control more precise and stable.

1. The inner tank is integrally cast, using materials imported from Japan. The upper and lower fire temperature control design ensures uniform temperature rise and stable performance.
2. Except for the top plate in the equipment furnace, all other parts are made of pure natural volcanic stone, and the top plate in the furnace is ceramic It is a high temperature resistant ceramic material.
3. The bottom plate is spliced by four natural volcanic stone slabs. After the stone is mined, it has been cut and rough processed without fine grinding.
4. The whole is sealed and has strong heat preservation. If it is closed the day before, it will be burned to 300 degrees , the normal residual temperature is 200 degrees after turning off the fire and closing the furnace for 8 hours.
5. Rapid heat transfer without loss of moisture, heat storage and heat preservation, higher efficiency, trace elements, natural and healthy, good heat insulation, safe and not hot.
